Bet Ond It terms of service

By accessing or using the Bet Ond It interface at betondit.com (the "Interface"), connecting a wallet, or otherwise interacting with the application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not access or use the Interface.

These Terms incorporate the Privacy Policy. Together they form the entire agreement between you and Bet Ond It Labs regarding the Interface.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age — or the higher age of legal majority in your jurisdiction — to access or use the Interface. In jurisdictions where the legal age for sports prediction or event-contract trading is higher than 18 (for example, 21), you must meet that higher age.

By connecting a wallet you affirmatively confirm that you meet the applicable minimum age. This confirmation is recorded with your wallet attestation as described in Section 5.

By using the Interface you represent and warrant that:

• You meet the age requirement in Section 2.
• You are not a United States person, and you are not located in, resident in, or accessing the Interface from the United States, Iran, the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (North Korea), Syria, Cuba, the Crimea, Donetsk, or Luhansk regions, or any other jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions by the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, or the United Nations (each, a "Restricted Jurisdiction").
• You are not listed on, owned or controlled by a party listed on, or acting on behalf of a party listed on the U.S. Treasury's Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List (SDN), the UK's HM Treasury Consolidated List, the EU Consolidated List, or any equivalent sanctions list.
• Your access to and use of the Interface complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction — including any local laws regulating sports prediction, event-contract trading, gambling, lotteries, or money-transmission. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with these laws.
• You have not been previously banned or suspended from the Interface.

We operate an IP-based geographic filter at the edge to block requests originating from Restricted Jurisdictions. The filter is a defensive measure and not a complete control; you remain responsible for your representations regardless of whether the filter is applied to you.

Bet Ond It is a non-custodial, mobile-first interface that allows users to interact with sports and event prediction markets deployed on the Hyperliquid protocol. The Interface enables users to view market data, place orders, manage positions, and submit signed transactions to the Hyperliquid protocol.

Bet Ond It Labs does not:

• Hold, custody, or control user funds at any time;
• Hold or have access to user private keys, seed phrases, or agent-wallet keys;
• Operate the Hyperliquid protocol or any validator;
• Resolve or settle markets — settlement is performed on-chain according to the rules of the relevant market;
• Act as a sportsbook, exchange, broker, dealer, futures commission merchant, money transmitter, or licensed gaming operator;
• Guarantee the performance, availability, or integrity of the Hyperliquid protocol;
• Provide investment, gaming, legal, tax, or other professional advice.

All trading and protocol interactions occur directly between your wallet (or an agent wallet you control) and the Hyperliquid protocol. Bet Ond It Labs is not a party to any trade, settlement, or transfer that you initiate through the Interface.

When you connect a wallet to the Interface for the first time (or after these Terms are materially updated), you will be asked to confirm (a) the eligibility statements in Section 3 and (b) that you meet the age requirement in Section 2. Upon your confirmation we record a timestamped attestation row containing your wallet address, the version of the Terms shown to you, your IP-derived country, your age affirmation, and the user-agent string of your browser. We do not store the IP address itself. See the Privacy Policy for details.

You agree that this attestation is binding on you with respect to the version of these Terms in effect at the time of attestation. We may rely on the attestation as evidence of your agreement to those Terms.

Trading sports and event prediction contracts carries substantial risk. By using the Interface you acknowledge and accept that, without limitation:

• Total loss is possible. Outcome contracts may settle adversely to your position, resulting in total loss of funds committed to that position.
• Settlement risk. Markets are resolved on-chain according to the rules of the relevant market and its underlying resolution source. Resolution sources may be incorrect, delayed, manipulated, or disputed. Validator-deployed markets may be modified, delayed, or delisted.
• Protocol risk. The Hyperliquid protocol is permissionless software that may contain bugs, design flaws, or vulnerabilities. Validator misbehavior, network congestion, oracle failure, or chain reorganization may cause loss of funds. Bet Ond It Labs has no control over and accepts no responsibility for these events.
• Market risk. Markets may be illiquid, volatile, manipulated, or suspended. Prices shown by the Interface may not reflect the price at which an order is actually filled.
• Wallet and key risk. Loss, theft, or compromise of your wallet keys or agent-wallet keys may result in irreversible loss of funds. You are solely responsible for the security of your devices and keys.
• Regulatory risk. The regulatory treatment of sports prediction and event contracts is evolving and may change without notice in your jurisdiction.
• Behavioural risk. Frequent or impulsive trading on prediction markets can lead to problem-gambling patterns even when the markets are technically structured as event contracts rather than wagers. See Section 7.
• Tax risk. Gains and losses may be subject to tax. You are solely responsible for determining and discharging your tax obligations.
• Builder code fees. Orders submitted through the Interface attach a builder code that may entitle Bet Ond It Labs to receive a builder fee from the Hyperliquid protocol on certain transactions.

You should not commit funds to the Interface or the Hyperliquid protocol that you cannot afford to lose entirely.

Although the Interface is structured around event contracts rather than traditional wagers, the experience of using it can resemble sports betting. If you find that you are unable to stop, are spending more than you intended, or are experiencing financial or emotional distress related to your use of the Interface, please stop and consider seeking support. Resources include:

• GambleAware — UK-based service offering free, confidential advice internationally.
• Gambling Therapy — global online support service.
• Your national problem-gambling helpline or healthcare provider.

Bet Ond It Labs is not a regulated gambling operator and does not provide formal self-exclusion or deposit-limit tools. You can stop accessing the Interface at any time.

Nothing on the Interface — including probabilities, payoff displays, position summaries, suggested actions, or any other content — is investment advice, betting advice, legal advice, tax advice, or any other form of professional advice. All such content is informational only. You are solely responsible for evaluating any transaction in light of your own circumstances.

You agree not to:

• Use the Interface in violation of any applicable law, sanctions, or regulation;
• Use the Interface to engage in market manipulation, collusion, match-fixing, insider trading on non-public sporting or event information, wash trading, or any other conduct that would be prohibited on a regulated market or betting exchange;
• Use the Interface to launder funds, finance terrorism, evade sanctions, or commit any other financial crime;
• Use the Interface on behalf of any party prohibited from using it under these Terms;
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Interface without prior written authorisation;
• Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers, or similar) to access the Interface in a manner that imposes an unreasonable load on its infrastructure, except for ordinary RPC and trading-API use;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Interface except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law;
• Use the Interface to trade markets that are restricted in your jurisdiction.

The Interface and its content (other than user-submitted content and open-source components governed by their own licences) are owned by Bet Ond It Labs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Bet Ond It Labs grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Interface for your own non-commercial use.

The Interface relies on third-party services that we do not control, including the Hyperliquid L1 and HyperEVM protocols and their validators; wallet providers; RPC and indexing providers; hosting and edge networks; push notification services; analytics and monitoring providers.

Your use of these third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We make no representation or warranty as to any third-party service and accept no responsibility for their availability, accuracy, or behaviour.

The interface is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind, express, implied, or statutory, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from error or malicious code.

Bet Ond It Labs does not warrant that the Interface will meet your requirements, that any defects will be corrected, that the Interface will be available at any particular time or location, that the Interface will be secure, or that any market data, probability, or computed value displayed on the Interface is accurate, current, or free of error.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Bet Ond It Labs, its affiliates, or any of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data, business opportunity, or digital assets, however caused and under any theory of liability (whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise), even if Bet Ond It Labs has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In all events, the aggregate liability of Bet Ond It Labs to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Interface will not exceed the greater of (a) one hundred US dollars (US$100), or (b) the aggregate builder fees actually retained by Bet Ond It Labs from your trading activity through the Interface during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or damages. In such jurisdictions, the above limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bet Ond It Labs, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to (a) your access to or use of the Interface, (b) your breach of these Terms, (c) your breach of any representation, warranty, or covenant made by you in the wallet attestation (including the age affirmation), (d) your violation of any law or third-party right, or (e) any trade, transfer, or transaction you submit through the Interface.

We may modify these Terms at any time by publishing a new version at this page and bumping the version identifier. Material changes will trigger a re-attestation prompt the next time you connect your wallet. Your continued use of the Interface after a modification becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Interface, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. We may also restrict access from particular jurisdictions, networks, IP ranges, or wallet addresses. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including without limitation Sections 6, 7, 12, 13, 14, 17, and 18) will survive.

These Terms are governed by, and will be construed in accordance with, the laws of Swedish law, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Interface ("Dispute") will be finally resolved by binding arbitration administered by the Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt) under its rules then in effect. The arbitration will be conducted in the English language. The arbitral award will be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

You and Bet Ond It Labs agree that any Dispute will be brought in your individual capacity only, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator will not have authority to combine or aggregate claims.

These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and Bet Ond It Labs relating to the Interface. If any provision is held unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. No waiver of any term will be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them freely.
